7. No firm foundation for one’s own decisions (this is seen in many past projects in SriLanka)

16. Responsibilities are always passed up the ladder. Therefore the top management is Burdened beyond limits. Because of this the top management, neglects part of their job.
17. Hobbies and other interest lines seem to be decreasing in the Present generation.Sometimes even things that they are already doing, mainly the basic pleasure motivatedones are not done with an interest.
18. Believe so much of a chance in a million(eg:-sweep tickets) and hence do not getinvolved in work thinking of the windfall & fall in to traps of witchcraft.
19. Cannot plan ahead even for small jobs. Simple ex:-When a Technician or similarperson, trying to attend to a job, he goes Up and down several times, to bring varioustools required for the job.
20. Waste time beyond limits. For Projects, simple jobs, or whatever. Many do nothing atthe end of the day.
22. The Biggest problem in the country is that the delay in doing a simple job, which couldbe done within a few minutes, sometimes takes ages or gets neglected for ever. The costfor such a period or delay is immense.
23. Only think of selfish gains-Thinking of, personal needs & wishes are more important than of other people. looking after own desires: concerned with your own interests, needs, and wishes while ignoring those of others
