 After researching for 30 years Dr. Priyantha Peiris brought in a controversial concept to Sri Lanka to say that we are on a wrong diet, and that is the reason for us to be in the Third World. 

He is stressing the importance of changing our Food Habits and advocating a food pattern for the first time in Sri Lankan history.
